In Hurstpier Point the client already had plans drawn up and were working with an interior designer when Caliper Projects were appointed. Caliper worked alongside both the architect and interior designer to finalise the design and achieve listed building consent to proceed with the project. The end result is a large open plan kitchen diner, with new timber bay window and bifold doors, all in keeping with the essence of the beautiful old building, and of course the restrictions placed on the building as a result of its listed status.
The interior designer did a wonderful job with the overall aesthetic and both them, and the client, were extremely happy with the finish provided by the Caliper Projects team.
