This client was looking for a development opportunity. We helped them identify the property and put together the business case that would set their budget for the property auction. Once the property was secured, we helped them develop a specification that would transform a long-neglected property into an attractive lifestyle opportunity that reflected the property’s desirable seafront location; a stylish turnkey flat.

The results included a large kitchen dining room featuring a shaker kitchen and oiled oak flooring; sensitively developed to highlight the period fireplace and original cornicing.

To ensure continuity and the nod to the period features, all new stud partitions were furnished with lovingly reproduced cornicing to match the existing. The flat was finished with a stylish colour scheme including grey woodwork, punctuated with some industrial light fittings. The build was delivered within the budget and delivered the client a profit.
